The owner of the company came to us to update their old website and move it into the 21st Century.
The outdated website was not user friendly, and it didn’t work as it should have. The design was not mobile responsive. They already had an app developed, but their branding was all over the place, and they didn’t have a consistent image. A new website was needed.
We started from scratch; from building the wireframe to creating new logos, images, pricing leaflets, and implemented new SEO-optimised content on the website. After identifying the most profitable keywords and the audience, we implemented the strategy and launched the site in a couple of weeks. We also integrated the app and online booking system to automate the system and improve customer experience. We also advised the company on managing and updating their Google My Business and Facebook accounts.
We have achieved multiple page one and top 5 rankings in just a matter of weeks. The website traffic has increased, and bookings started flowing in thanks to the improvements we made on user experience.
